We do not sell off-the-shelf kitchens and we do not subcontract them. Every piece that leaves our factory left with a dimension we took ourselves.
How we started
La Cozy began from a simple conviction: what ruins kitchens is rarely poor material — it is the gap between what the client was promised and what actually got fitted. That gap opens when one person measures, another designs, a third builds and a fourth fits.
So we closed the whole chain under one roof. The engineer who visits and takes the dimensions is the one who signs off the design, and the factory that cuts the boards reads those dimensions from the same file — not from a sheet copied out by hand.
The result is that what you see in the quote is what goes into your home. No rounding, no "give or take a centimetre", no surprises on fitting day.

What we hold ourselves to
Measure before promise
We issue no final price before visiting the space and measuring it. A phone estimate is an estimate, and we say so plainly.
Materials that actually exist
The colour catalogue is tied to our stock. We do not show a colour that ran out and apologise for it after signing.
An itemised quote
You know the price of every unit and every fitting before you pay a single dinar.
A written date
The delivery date is a clause in the quote, not a spoken promise, and any delay on our side is ours to carry.
Waste is our problem, not yours
We plan the cutting to reduce offcuts and reuse what is still usable — you do not pay for poor planning.
After fitting
The warranty covers build and fitting alike, and a service request is opened from your account on this site.
Inside the factory
Four stages between a board and a kitchen
Every stage has an owner and acceptance criteria, and the order status speaks from the factory floor rather than the office.

Boards are cut to final dimensions following a cutting plan calculated to reduce waste.

Edge banding
Edges are banded in matching colour, and the sides exposed to moisture are sealed.

Drilling
Hinge and runner positions are drilled to a precision that keeps doors true from the first fitting.

Assembly and inspection
Units are assembled and inspected before wrapping, so a fault is never discovered in your home.
