Warranty period

A warranty on manufacture and fitting, running from the date fitting is completed, for the period fixed in the quote and the warranty certificate.

What it covers

Manufacturing and fitting defects: edging coming away, faulty hinges or drawer runners, warping caused by production, and errors in the dimensions we approved.

What it does not cover

Misuse; water and moisture damage arising from a leak outside our scope; scratches and normal wear; and any modification or repair carried out by another party.

Returns

Products are made to the dimensions of your space and cannot be returned to stock, so there is no return once production has begun. Before production begins, cancellation is handled as the quote sets out.

Requesting a service visit

A ticket is opened from your account on this site, so the request reaches the after-sales team with your full project record: material, colour, thickness and the dimensions of every piece.
